  • Responsible for daily audits of financial records from over 100 stores during a critical migration of software infrastructure, as well as processing and reporting costs related to state lottery earnings.
  • Began as the sole office administrator, trained my replacement as I transitioned into the finance department.
  • Built my own dashboard with Google Sheets and JavaScript to track support calls as well as their status, frequency, etc.
  • Administered employee recognition programs such as annual service awards.

  • During the pandemic I coordinated with all BPL branches to put out a Local Assistance Map Poster (LAMP) to highlight local support services while our doors were closed.
  • I offered popular programs during curbside-only restrictions, such as a guide on how to write with Futhark runes.

  • Introduced over 50% of the legislation passed within the student senate from 2014 – 2016.
